Kitsch in Sync
Jan. 5th, 2006 11:35 pmNow that I'm a juror, I should be shifting hours from my social schedule to my work schedule... but tomorrow is Friday, and I'm still going to my once-every-month-or-two comedy show! People should come. That is, the people who aren't going to first Friday experienced contras, various BSG showings, RM's party, or any of the many other events that are happening tomorrow...
It's just about a new year, and we all know what that means...
New pencils! Finally, our Master said we can stop writing with the tiny stubs. The eraser was down to the metal and it started scratching the parchment whenever we made a mistake. Of course, really it is our shame for making any errors at all. Master has been so kind to allow us to transcribe these prayer books 18 hours per day. I wish I understood the strange language that we are copying but I do so love the beautiful illustrations of the lizard-man!
Master said if we finished all thirteen cycles by midnight he would take us all out to see improv comedy! I do not know what "comedy" is, but Master assures us that we will thank him many times after we have seen it. I am so excited. I must go now, my hand is cramping.
