Performance Announcement
Apr. 12th, 2007 01:50 pmI'm in a Theater Arts workshop production of Malcontent, by Marston (written in 1603). Come see plotting, intrigue, treachery, and comedy! And as a bonus, see me get stabbed on stage!
It runs April 26-28 in one of the Kresge rehearsal rooms (presumably 8 pm), and it's free.
Warning: we are doing this play "First Folio" style (like Caesar for any who saw it last spring). That means we'll have cue scripts instead of memorization, and will be improvising to a certain extent rather than having explicit staging direction. And we have a very limited rehearsal process.
On the other hand, the cast is full of really good actors. So I think it will be good.
